Refund policy

We want you to be delighted with your Cruzy order, but on rare occasions things can go wrong.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email us at hello@drinkcruzy.co.uk within 3 days of delivery. To help us investigate, please include:

  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs of the affected product(s)
  • A photograph of the base of the can showing the batch information

Once we've reviewed your claim, we'll arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund.

Due to the nature of our products and for food safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns so enjoy the cans, if you can or pass on to friends and family whilst we resolve your issue and recycle them once done.
